Wand or regrowth, after about level 7 or so it creates a plant that guarantees seed drops from other plants.

  Yeah, but not in this case. Blooming bow, upgraded assasin’s blade, noisemaker pulling in scorpios and evil eyes -> lots of seeds and potions
