My boyfriend is throwing a party for his brother tonight, and I wanna pick up wine for everyone. I’m just not sure which is the best. I was thinking of getting Corona, but not sure if it’s the best brand for a party.

There are apps and website designed specifically to pair/review wines, you could try that.
