Also worth noting that these drones are an actual game changer weapon because it’s simply not sustainable to use traditional air defence methods against them.

And that’s only the cotst of defence. I don’t think we know yet how much actual damage there was and if Iran managed to destroy just one air defence system this price tag could possibly double.
Israel, being a paper tiger, will never admit damages.
The fact that Israel refuses to show the actual damage at the base seems to indicate that it might be significant. If there was little to know damage they’d be bragging about it.
They’re trying to do both at once, and not doing a very good job of it.
