That seems way too black and white.
Obviously, we need to favor socialist policies to uplift our people. We don’t need to glorify Xi Jinping though.
What do you mean glorification? Feel free to pick one or come up with your own!
Naming 2 entire continents after him? Naming multiple countries and cities after him? Naming multiple states and cities after him? Carving his face into a mountain that is sacred to the people he genocides? Writing textbooks accentuating his contributions while downplaying all other contributors and completely eliminating everything negative he did?
Or are you just talking about speaking well of Xi’s statesmanship?
I think we need to glorify Xi Jinping actually.
I mean, your comment is not entirely wrong. America, much like its colony the EU, is indeed a crumbling Empire and there’s no way other than to topple it with a revolution, however the last part is probably right.
If all you meant was that we shouldn’t put Xi in a pedestal, as in elevate his figure above the masses, then I agree, he’s a human being and fallible much like we are. But this shouldn’t stop us from celebrating China’s successes, because ultimately a victory of China is a small step towards the realization of our ultimate goal: world communism. History isn’t led by “great individuals” and the Great Men Theory is wrong, but that doesn’t mean we cannot celebrate the contributions of many dedicated Marxists towards this goal.
