Same here, this post (https://reddthat.com/post/409958) shows up in c/selfhosted when accessed over this instance, but seems is stuck here locally, so it does not show up on lemmy.world
This issue would have been due to the database issue we experienced in the past 48 hours. https://reddthat.com/comment/680396
You can see in the UI there is no little federation icon as well.
I’m pretty sure it’s now stuck on our version of the community. Feel free to repost it as now we have fixed the issues regarding our database and everything is back to normal
