I have noticed for a few weeks now, that reddit is censoring interaction based on region.

I can post or comment in certain subreddits but not on political topics that could be divisive (race, gender, geopolitics in r/worldnews or r/news). I am not banned there, never posted any hating stuff or anything, but at certain times it just disables interaction locally.

I have tested this, and I can then comment or post on other subs, while at the same time never able to interact on these subs. It then gives “could not post, try again later”.

This is not about reddit-alternatives, but I wanted to say it because apparently reddit is not the same as I knew it before. It sucks.
