I had two that I was determined to donate but then I thought one is getting a sequel and what if I need to skim it before I read the sequel? And the other one might be fun for Christmas. So I brought them right back home.

Since then I’ve given away a few thousand $ of books at least, in many directions. However, I keep the ones I absolutely love or those I consider “significant” for some reason. And those I’m trying to force myself to read to eviscerate in a blog about ableist authors. That’s my “yuck” pile.

I hate Netgalley because it’s too much effort then they remove the books at arbitrary deadlines while demanding reviews before I’ve finished. For ebooks, I want them emailed to me. I can read paper but not how you think. So it’s complicated.
