Lithuania has declared more than a thousand citizens of Russia and Belarus living in the country to be threats to national security and said it is stripping them of their permanent residency permits
It’s not like they’re being put into camps. You’re very well reminded when you sign up that your permanent residency is at the whim of the country, it is NOT a citizenship. I would presume the charges to be serious and have some crime attached to them.
For example, I could be thrown out of the country and denied entry with my green card in the US for having smoked pot in California, even if it’s legal there, because it’s still classified a Schedule 1 substance federally. It’s a felony unless you’re a citizen.
PR are still not citizens and don’t have the same rights. Hell even in the US technically there are two different kinds of citizenship.
That’s … not good.
Why do you think so?
Seems a little authoritarian.
Seems like a good start to me.
They should just go ahead and kill them… right?

Edit: clarification
I’m not questioning the legality. I’m concerned about the morality.
What in this case concerns you about its morality? You still haven’t answered the top question.
That we can’t kill the dirty orcs fast enough. The orcs need to die. What top question?
