I’m currently studying the history of the WPK, and most DPRK aligned sources claim that Comrade Kim Il Sung founded the Down With Imperialism Union, a revolutionary group in japanese occupied Korea, in 1926. However, Comrade Kim Il Sung was born in 1912, which would have made him 14 at the time. How does that work?
How doesn’t it work? 14 year olds aren’t babies, they could conceivably go out and do praxis.
Agreed, I knew many a teenager during the Bush years who did a lot of direct action and organizing work for anti-war stuff during Afghanistan and Iraq. Teenagers are often smarter than their given credit for when dealing with anti-war, anti-capitalist, etc issues. (The ones I knew who read a ton were the best at this)
I’m 15 so I could see someone cooler than me doing something like that.
