Interesting how noticing just one makes all of them pop out
The key is

looking at the vertical lines only, which becomes easier once you notice that they form a pattern
It’s crazy that once you see them, they all pop out. I’m able to easily switch back and forth between perspectives. Neato!
I think this is why people that find four leaf clovers find tons of four leaf clovers. I asked my cousin how he does it so well years ago and he said, they look different I’m not sure how else to describe it, they kinda pop out at you. About a month ago I found my first one and now I’ve found almost twenty.
Or maybe it’s because you become lucky after finding the first one!
I definitely feel luckier, like now when I drive I don’t feel that burden to wait until a stop light to check my phone or look up every once in a while to make sure there’s no trees or headlights coming at me with their bad luck vibe/s
No idea what everyone is talking about. I don’t see any circles. Is this just one of those “lets see how long these dumbasses will stare at a screen” jokes?
Damn that just blew my mind! I could not see them
Thanks man.
Shit-stained balls!
Now these are useful red circles! Thanks fam!
Nope, it’s real. You gotta unfocus your eyes a bit, but the circles are made of the vertical lines in between the horizontal ones.
Hehehe. Good one
if you are having trouble, use the Magic Eye trick where you hold it closer to your face and slowly pull it away
I just want to say that this is not one the those magic eye thingies. This advice isn’t helpful here. What does help is telling people that the circles are between those rectangles.
Very helpful
Or looking from an acute angle

from the top or bottom so that the irrelevant horizontal lines blend together
At first I didn’t see them, but then I let my eyes relax a bit then bam! They jumped out at me and more I can’t unsee them lol
It’s a fucking sailboat!

I know circles and discs are used as synonyms, but I was just looking for the actual curve, or circumference. But if I was looking for discs, then I think I would have spotted them quicker.
No offense but that sounds like the most pretentious “the sun blinded me” I have ever read :D
None taken.
But if you’re doing to say something so hyperbolic next time, maybe drop the “no offense but” and own it.
It’s like saying “no offense BUT YOU SUCK!”, and that sounds tacky.
Now please go back to reddit.
I was serious when I wrote “no offense” as I didn’t meant to offend you. Then i wrote “it sounds” to implies that I don’t think that it is what you were saying but my interpretation of it and at the end I wrote that emoji to bring across that it was meant in jest.
As you wrote yourself its hyperbolic. we don’t know each other so its fair to interpret it as an attack but it was not meant that way.
If I hurt your feelings I am sorry that wasn’t what I was going for. If I was I would tell you that straight.
You’re a very smart, very subtle troll. I like it!
Anyway. Goodbye.
There is a very big difference between circles and disks!
The even crazier thing is that you can unsee it once you’ve seen it. Wild!
I wouldn’t really call them circles. very jaggered arcs.
This is the word play that makes this a trick. When we look for circles we automatically look for a curved line. Why wouldn’t we? But these shapes aren’t circles.
Okay, I seriously thought you were screwing with me, and I was a sucker for staring at this image. I thought that maybe since your username is “atheist”, it was a commentary on faith, and the folly of believing in something that doesn’t exist.
Now, a few hours later, I’ve tried again… AND THIS TIME I FOUND THE CIRCLES.
Do you have a moment to talk about our lord and savior Jesus Christ?
Pro-tip. Get your mind to focus in the verticle lines.
Vertical* lines.
Ventricle*
Vestigial*
Thank you. This finally worked for me
Can someone point them out? Maybe circle them.
Look between the squares and focus your eyes
Nope…nothing
Unfocuse your eyes a bit, look at the intersections of two boxes, and blink.
The circles are the beveled edges of what your brain keeps telling you are raised trapezoids
Oh dang. That worked
Oh look, a schooner!
It’s not a Schooner! It’s a sailboat.
A schooner is a sailboat, stupid head!
it might help to focus on the center on the image for a while. Don’t concentrate too much, just wait for your brain to recognize the shapes.
This is what helped me see it. Thanks!
Glad it worked for you!
Finally got there! Great tip.
The only thing I see here is eye strain.
I noticed the circles before noticing the other structure, at first I tought this is the notintreresting page
I’m the other way, even when I did finally see them it was a strain to keep seeing them, the circles keep disappearing back into rectangle sides unless I give myself a headache trying to focus on the circles…
I’m one of them
