I’m visiting from Seattle and we don’t get thunder very often. How crazy will the thunder be?

I was thinking about doing a theme park but now I’m not so sure with the weather. Anyone have any recommendations for things to do when the weather’s not cooperating? Are there any cool computer-related things in Orlando (computer museums or technology-related tours)?
