Today I opened my Mac for the first time in two days and saw my entire desktop empty. I can add any files too it, I get a -8072 error message and if I try and click on the icloud desktop file, it says it cant be found. My bin is empty. All my files are gone. In my icloud there is nothing recently deleted and nothing to recover. I looked online for a bit and saw that disabling desktop and documents sync might work but whenever i try it turns back on by itself? Has this happened to anyone? Any way to fix it? Im dumb so I dont have a backup of my laptop either… Pretty much all of my flies were in these two folders so I really would like to get them back!
