Depends on if you take them back to back or simultaneously. Red then blue would probably result in you becoming an R63’d version of your fursona like that. Blue then red would have your fursona’s gender overwrite the gender-swap effect of the blue pill. Not sure what taking them simultaneously like in the meme would do, though. Half-and-half, maybe?
I’m kinda hoping the two pills keep fighting each other, and I become physically genderfluid.
Being able to constantly change your appearance like that would be awesome. I’d snort, smoke, inject, and boof these pills if they could do that.
