This year I started making coffee at home a lot more than I have in the past, mainly due to investing in a new set up. Tried quite a lot of different roasters/beans which has been great. Have a few go to roasters now and a better idea of the beans/roasts I tend to prefer. Here’s to 2024!

Roasters need to bring their taste profile language back down to earth. Few of them talk about acidity or body now, it’s just lemonade sherbet this, plum jam that. I once read a pack whose last taste note was ‘who even reads these things anyway’. A lot of them don’t even bother with a roast date.
I miss the Raspberry Candy one. That was sooo good
