Oh, I absolutely believe that. There is no gotcha moment for them. Even if the SOB is frogmarched off to prison, they’d view him as a martyr, and some of them may even get violent over it (again). Until then, every single crime he gets away with is something they view as “winning” by proxy. That whole “grabbing them by the pussy” is a great example of this. They pretended they thought people were upset about him saying “pussy”, when he was really bragging about sexually assaulting women, and getting away with it.
