How do you wear headphones while you’re trying to sleep?

(I assume the person is watching this in bed and sleeping during it)

I need sound while I sleep, my wife doesn’t. So I have a headband that has Bluetooth headphones in it specifically for sleeping. It’s pretty comfortable and I get to snooze to whatever I want. Before that I had some low profile buds that I used, but the band is much more comfortable.

I sleep on my side so the full weight of my head rests on whatever headphones I’m wearing.

I’ve tried sleeping with a full headset and with earbuds.

Neither one of them are comfortable enough for me to sleep in unless I’m exhausted.

Have just one in on the ear not on the bed side. Or sleep on your back. That’s how I do it

Same, but I regularly fall asleep with one of my pixel buds in an ear while listening to a podcast or audiobook as I fall asleep.it isn’t comfortable to lay on, but if I don’t toss and turn, that’s not a problem.

I’m a little late here, but I have to wear active noise cancelling headphones to bed since my upstairs neighbor is a troglodyte. A firm pillow with a hole in the middle has saved me - along with plenty of disinfectant spray.

I was actually really surprised my nvidia shield lets me pair up a Bluetooth device for audio i imagine its not a common feature

I would be surprised if a device that plays media didn’t support Bluetooth. I have a Bluetooth speaker hooked up to the firestick and use headphones with the Nvidia shield as well.

I would be shocked that most devices don’t. You can’t get a wifi chip without Bluetooth these days, and it’s a technology that is over 30 years old.
