I feel for the US to be humiliated they would need some sense of shame left, which they have long since abandoned. They could be literally the only people voting against a ceasefire and would think they are still in the right.

Actually not the same map surprisingly with a large number Western countries voting in opposition to the US, those that did abstain or vote against like Hungary, Czechia, Austria, Bulgaria etc. seem clearly motivated by islamophobia.
