Wasn’t exactly sure how to word this question and have been putting off asking for a few days. I got my deck a few days ago and have had a blast! It’s great for quick game sessions when you’ve got a newborn at home.

My only complaint so far is that I’m struggling to get used to playing games that require the right pad as a mouse interface (in this case, Planet Zoo). I tried to play for a few minutes and decided to pivot to something with gamepad style play.

Has anyone “gotten good” at using the mouse feature (without connecting an actual mouse)? I really want to play in handheld mode but maybe I just have to give in and use mouse and keyboard when I want to play games like this.

It depends on the game, I think. Something like Cities Skylines is tough on the Deck. But old adventure games work quite well.

I even managed to play the Star Craft campaign on the Deck. I wouldn’t play online or with higher difficulties. But at least for casual play it’s enough.
