My steam deck wasn’t holding charge but I’m able to navigate to the bios menu ok. I tried submitting a ticket and hasn’t heard back in over 12 hrs. What do I do?
Heh, I’m going to open a ticket because my SD doesn’t charge sometimes. I’m totally okay with the waiting times from Steam Support.
Be patient. They will respond, but it may take some time for them to work through other customers before they get to your ticket. They may have an increase in tickets right now due to stuff like dead pixels in the LE, some OLED screens being grainy, and the 200/1040 GPU bug that some are currently experiencing.
It sometimes takes Valve days to answer. They’re probably dealing with a massive amount of issues with the new decks right now.
