Visually, the device is in top condition. Unfortunately not technically: The Steam Deck randomly reboots while playing. This has already happened about 5 - 6 times in the short time I’ve been using it. Even restarting the console several times did not help. In addition, it has already happened once that the sound no longer played correctly after waking up from standby. Only a restart solved the problem.

I also often see fragments on the screen while playing. However, this cannot be due to the demanding graphics, as this also happens with games like Vampire Survivurs. I suspect more of a hardware problem here.

Does anyone have a solution or should i return the device?
