Has anyone had issues with their recurring payments unknowingly being paused? I got a letter in the mail saying I was overdue and the early November payment did not go thru and the Dec payment is coming up. Everything looks fine on the website, it even says I have recurring payments set up until I click on the bank info tab and it says something about a new website and needing to add my bank info again. How do mail alerts for this not go out?
I think I got emailed about this like 3 times.
But I’ll be honest, snail mail is better in some parts of the country than others (or on the neighborhood level in some cases).
Don’t we already know they love emailing though? Lol. I know I get a crazy number of emails from Toyota.
I guess this is set up under an alternate email so that’s why I didn’t see it. Really seems like something that should have been mailed out.
