Car’s brakes worked fine then I went and got new tires and suddenly my brakes started pulsating when I use them downhill. Got my new tires balanced and aligned and still having issues. The people who changed my tires said that my brake pads were good too. Any idea what is causing this issue?

Are the wheels seated correctly and the lug nuts torqued properly? Sometimes that doesn’t get done correctly after someone has wheels off the car. You might be feeling that and not the brakes. Check your lug nuts before driving it.
