2016 1500 5.3 rwd shifting issues

I have a 2016 silverado with 165,000 miles and the transmission is starting to shift into 2nd pretty hard sometimes and it wont downshift unless i pretty much floor it or im slowing down and the rpms go under 1k i really dont want to put it in the shop unless i have to any advice is appreciated thanks.
