Their team is currently in transition, but with assembly of young stars like Vini, Rodrygo, Bellingham, Endrick, Camavinga, Tchouameni, Valverde, Militao, Guler and potentially Davies + Mbappe in 2024 may get them more CL wins in this decade alone!

Sure someone can. Real Madrid didn’t win the european cup between 1966 and 1998 … that’s 32 years… can happen again and then other can catch up with them. Teams like Liverpool, Milan, Bayern etc. can win several titles while RM is out of it.
Nobody took advantage and overtook them between 66 and 98 though and then the gap was smaller. That’s not a good reason to suggest another club would close the gap even if they got lucky enough for Madrid to drought for 32 years again
