I recently bought a HP Victus with 16GB RAM, Ryzen 5, and Nvidia Geforce RTX. It’s identical to the one my friend has and hers works super well so I assumed mine would to. Yet within the first day, it still lags with everything. I don’t understand why. It’s a gaming laptop designed to be fast yet it isn’t meeting any of the expectations, even though my friends does. I haven’t done anything besides download Google and Steam, so it can’t be having issues with storage. I did all updates, tried restarting, etc, yet it still has issues. Please help as I don’t want to return it.
