Changing alternator in 2013 Buick enclave - torque wrench size?

Do I need a torque wrench? What size works for that? I really don’t know what I’m doing but I’m trying to do it myself to save a few hundred dollars. Please help :(

It’s either a 3/8 inch ratchet or a 1/2 inch ratchet that fits into the square cut out
