Currently using a g cloud, but missing on a bunch of epic and steam games I have.

I looked around and know I can install epic, x cloud etc. I also don’t want to mess too much around (lack of time). I’d love a quick one stop solution after an initial setup.

What I am looking for is have epic games available on one screen with Steam games (ie: I do not want to have to jump desktop/UI and launchers to play games).

Does steam big picture provide access to heroic (as if they’re from steam?) and I could launch from there? Cannot find that answers clearly anywhere.

I would use heroic. It’s well supported and fairly seamless. Takes some time to understand and some games might give you trouble at times, but I think it’s great.

Once you install a game through heroic there is an option to add them to the steam home menu where you can launch them like any other game steam game but they still have to be installed through heroic first. However, heroic can be launched from the home menu as well and has controller support.

There is also a decky plugin being developed that integrates epic into the home menu but it’s still in testing and was just posted about today.

Thanks. Make sense and I can see the process now. So…. That plugin, decky, would replace the use of heroic then?
