so i’m a newcastle united fan and we were robbed in overly long extra time, where the referee only ended when psg equalised, crushing our hopes of knockout UCL but we are very likely to secure europa league football, thing is though, i’m not exactly keen on swapping out playing milan and dortmund for maccabi haifa and sheriff tiraspol, anyone relate or able to convince me to be motivated about europa league?
Well if you beat Milan & PSG fail to beat Dortmund which are both very plausible scenarios you’ll make it into the UCL R16.
But hey if Europa was so easy Newcastle will win it right? Not like teams far greater like LFC or Leverkusen are there or anything…
