We have a Tesla and a wall charger at home. We are looking at getting a second all electric SUV.
Other than Tesla, can I use the Tesla wall charger (with an adapter I suppose?) to charge other brands’ cars? Is it limited to certain brands?

Yes but if you need to set the amperage, it’s up to your new SUV to tell it how much current to draw. Unlike tesla my EV6 only has three current settings: 100%, 90% and 60%, whereas on a tesla you can set any digit between like 8 and the maximum.
