I’ve heard about and seen instances where Leverkusen ultras seem to have something against Bremen fans? I don’t know if this is just me or something, if so, just dismiss it. But if it is a ‘thing’, then could someone explain to me why or something?

Yes, not only do they have them, they’re one of the very first clubs in Germany to have them.
You can’t really swing the whole “oh Leverkusen le bad, they plastic boohoo, they no fans” narrative on B04.
I mean the club is doing everything it can to avoid them, ban them and make sure to push away it’s ‘working-class’ image. They’re not the first but they do everything to be as plastic as possible.

The club is a disgrace like wolfsburg. Company-owned with an exception by the DFL because they exist longer then the official 50+1 rule. Still better then RB, but just a little bit.

It’s not all of them by any means, it’s a very small group that is extremely hated even among Leverkusen fans who have a problem with your ultras.
If they were that low numbers, the “good” ultras of Leverkusen wouldn’t let them show those signs and words in the curve without beating them up and throwing them out. Either they are far higher numbers among Bayer’s fans or the rest isn’t that much better
