What does this system message mean? It started happening today when I turn off the car. I didn’t drive it for 7 days. I recently brought the car to a cold climate. 2017 320i

      I drove it for around 40 minutes one way yesterday and today and it still comes up. Do you think I need a new battery or just drive it for longer? I have not gotten a new battery for my car since I got it in 2017.

        I have not gotten a new battery for my car since I got it in 2017.

        That is 99.9% needing a new battery. 6 years is a good long life for a battery. Make sure to tell the car a new battery has been installed.

          how do you tell the car that? I just finished and he just had be turn the wheel all the way to the left and all the way to the right and he said that’s all i need to do but somehow I do not believe that’s it?
