Every once in a while I search around for things that give me a similar feeling and vibe as In a Silent Way by Miles Davis. Found this album suggested somewhere and it’s a pretty good option for that sort of hypnotic ‘ambient jazz’.

In a Silent Way is pretty unique out there as far as I can tell - it’s the jazz album that makes me think the most of minimal electronic music with a focus on looping sections and very gradual changes.
