I’ve had the deck since launch and it’s always been somewhat buggy. I haven’t really used it much the last few months but booted it up recently and updated the software, and it’s still somewhat buggy.

By buggy, what I mean is it will just hang in places for a really long time. For example, when I updated it, it hanged for about 5-10 minutes on a screen with a spinning wheel while it was “rebooting”.

Similarly, when I launch games some times it will hang for a few minutes. Sometimes it gets stuck during launch and I have to hard power off the device.

So I’m just trying to understand if there is something wrong with my device or if the software is just buggy and this is “normal”.

I’m considering wiping the device and resetting it to see if that fixes things. Is there a recommended procedure for this?
