He has the potential to be one of the greatest but I don’t see that happening at psg, as he won’t really be taken seriously until he plays in an actually competitive league

With his ego I’m not sure many clubs want him or can even afford him. His wage demands don’t reflect the reality of football right now, big clubs are struggling to meet FFP. Also can’t see him being a great character in the dressing room.
Real Madrid might not be interested anymore after being messed around various times by him. Vinicius would have to go, I’m not sure that’s going to happen.

I don’t understand his ego. Aside from world cups in which he performed good and won one, he has done literally nothing. Nothing on a club level. And French league titles don’t count because that league is a joke. I don’t see why any big club would go for a player with such price and overinflated salary, when he hasn’t proven himself on club level at all. My bet is he will continue to milk PSG for a few more years, then go to the Saudi league to serve as a marketing puppet and milk even more money.

Mentioning him in the same sentence with Ronaldo and Messi must be a joke. Those two guys were winning CL titles and Ballon d’Ors at his age in the best leagues in the world. He’s a fast, good forward, but that’s about it.
