I just sent off my Steam Deck LE OLED for RMA due to a dead pixel… the " Valve Hardware Return Packaging Guide" said to only include the Steam Deck and it’s original carrying case, plus the RMA letter with barcode. I just went to review my support ticket, and it says “Steam Deck PSU cable” on the list of things to include. :(
Did I totally screw this up? Will they still send me a replacement?
You won’t get a new one, they are out of stock. They either gonna repair yours, or send u another repaired unit
Most vendors hold onto additional new stock for rma/warranty claims.
I see that it says that now. Hopefully the RMA will make it right.
