Im curious if anybody uses their steam deck for something other than gaming? I saw a dude use it as a kareoke machine. I also saw a dude use it as a teleprompter (weirdest by far). With all the software you can buy on steam, what are creative uses for the steam de k that isnt gaming related?
I use it for everything, its my main computer. I’m in desktop mode more than gaming mode by far, I’m even typing this on it right now (docked with a kb&m).
I write on it, I browse social media on it, I call my fiancee on it, I edit photos on it, I filed my name change paperwork on it, I watch movies and TV shows on it both handheld and connected to my tv. I use it to look up recipes when I cook, I text my friends on it, video chat with my doctor on it and I even occasionally play games on it.
