Hi, my Steam Deck OLED arrived today and it seems it has something broken inside, because the chime sound is very low (I can barely hear it). Has someone the same problem?

What if you crank up default haptic feedback? (It’s the touchpads making the sound :)) )

I’ve already did, the problem is not the absence of the sound but how low it is. Seems to be something normal with the OLED model. Thank you anyway :)

I have Deck OLED and the chime is indeed of low volume. I don’t see it as an issue, speakers seem to be working normally.

Lower on mine as well. Judging by all the replies it seems like it’s normal.

I just got my 512 OLED in this evening. The chime on mine is also noticeably quiet. Personally, I preferred the chime loudness on the LCD model. Oh well.
