I have a 2018 Mazda3 Sport sedan. So a few months back my driver door speaker started sounding like coins were on top of it or something, until it stopped working entirely. Very occasionally it will come back with that noise.

The other issue came up much more recently and is seemingly unrelated. The speakers sound great below 33 volume, but I can’t go much past that before they all start sounding really crackly and trash. Not very useful with highway noise.

Where can I find the 2 things I need to replace? I’m thinking of upgrading to Apple Carplay too while I’m tearing everything apart, so if someone could find a link for one of those I’d appreciate it (one that replaces the existing infotainment, not like something that goes over it).

Bose? Same thing happened on my '15 6. It was blown. Turns out they run on some wacky ohms, and a replacement speaker couldn’t be found. Mazda wouldn’t cover it on warranty and wanted some ridiculous (I can’t remember exactly) price to replace it with a new Bose. So I sold the car. Yes, I disclosed the blown speaker and the stoopid price for a new one.
