So I’m installing Emudeck on my new OLED steam deck and I’m trying to use a keyboard and mouse via USB hub, it just won’t work. I did use the steam version via trackpad but that won’t work forever. Neither will a bluetooth keyboard and mouse (steam deck OLED won’t detect them). I connected them in desktop mode, not in gaming mode if it helps.
Am I doing it wrong or just missing something?
My problem is the mouse only works when it’s plugged in and then I have to restart the deck for it to register. It will work after restart, but if i remove the wireless receiver and plug it in again, it stops working. Have to reboot again.
Figured out what the problem is. Go into bios and set usb mode to XHCI
