So I’m buying a car off of a family member, but the speedometer reads in MPH, but in Canada I use km/h. My options so far, from what I’ve seen, is memorizing the conversion (not ideal), using a white marker to add the conversion (not ideal) or replacing the cluster (not ideal). I was wondering if there were any alternatives, like installing a secondary digital speedometer? I saw some of these for sale, but I have NO clue how it would work. I’ve also considered a cheap GPS speedometer but that seems unsafe. Any opinions would be helpful!

Buy a cheap GPS Speedo that sits on top of the dash and does a heads up display on the windscreen
