Hello, I was wondering for anyone who might’ve played BG3 on both the LCD and OLED or just OLED, how well would it run there? I understand performance won’t change much, and as it is graphics can’t be turned up too much. Would the OLED be worth it for a person who primarily wants to play BG, Elden Ring and WoW? Sorry if this has been asked before, I have searched a lot and found nearly nothing about specific games with the OLED, but lots about the LCD itself so I’m pretty set on getting the Steam Deck anyways, would just like to see if it’s worth the upgrade! Just in case it’s relevant, I’ll mainly be docking it for games like this but will make use of the portability for some lower end games, but not as much honestly, and I’ll be using MnK (if that’s even relevant) Thanks !:)

BG3 is great outside of act 3. I use the 24fps settings when not streaming.

WoW runs awesome. I use console port so I don’t need M+K and it’s easy to get 60fps with high settings. You’ll dip in major hub areas in if there’s a lot of people. Played classic and dragonflight. Zero issues. You’ll need to follow a guide to set up bnet and install but it’s honestly not complicated.

That said the performance boost of the OLED is tiny over LCD. The battery is my main thing.
