For context I have a 3060Ti, 7700x, 32 GB DDR5-6000, 3TB 980 Pro SSD, Corsair 850x PSU, and monitor is a Samsung Neo G7. I’ve sent my monitor in 3 times (on my fourth now) and the past 2 have had issues with G Sync. There’s crazy flickering on basically any game I play, turned that off along with GPU Hardware Acceleration (although i havent tested turning this back on yet). Turned off G Sync and the i see no flickering. These are brand new monitors and they replaced the PCB inside em. So any tips to try that would possibly allow me to use G Sync? It’s not the end of the world but having a really nice monitor that allows it would be nice to use.

Use DP cable, check in nvidia settings that gsync is only set up to be used in fullscreen, try not to go lover than 50 fps, turn on vsync in nvidia panel (never use vsync in game settings). Put 3fps lower max fps below your monitor max hz so if monitor is 144hz put cap fps to 141fps.

Okay I’m gonna try these out, how do you manually cap it? I’m looking and all the settings just show 165, 144, 120 ect, but not sure how to lower it to just 162hz.
