Zinchenkos stop today was absolutely outstanding. Other goal line clearances exactly like rices happen when players get lucky and get in the right position by chance and the ball is hit straight at them. To stick his leg out like that to save it was brilliant
But we have to mention, Zinchenkos stop came after a idiotic give away…by himself.
It was, but my bigger gripe is, it was his fault in the first place, he gave the ball away 20 yards from our goal, with everyone out of position.
Its not like Ramsdale first mistake, when he didnt have a pass on, Zin did have one to gabi

Zinchenko could easily have been MOTM. It took one small error for him to lose that tag, and it was to another guy who did a goal-line clearance. This is one performance people will forget to pile up their “He can’t defend” agenda. He was winning aerial duels, he was creating, eating up his 1v1s etc. If he hadn’t misplaced that one bad pass for the chance, he’d have been MOTM.
I don’t know what his numbers were for the game, but he must eaten them up.
