After countless hours and money spent, I’ve finally reached the light at the end of the tunnel, time to turn on my project and bring it to life ! I knew the 1994 F250 had an old battery and the doors been open a lot during the months of working, so I jumped it with another truck and the 7.5L roared to life ! I almost had tears in my eyes! I let it run for 15 mins while I looked around and made sure everything looked good.

Few days later I come home from Canadian tire with a new battery, now it won’t start, only a loud click from solenoid on the fender. Nothing else.

I installed new solenoid, nothing. Same issue.

TL DR - old project truck 94 f250 7.5 Gas Turn key no start, only one loud click from solenoid on fender. New battery, new solenoid, old starter (will test starter tomorrow)
