If hitting all your shots in a game was analogous to benefiting humanity, then absolutely everyone should not only be allowed aimbot, but we should be encouraging people to use aimbot. Your analogy doesn’t make any sense. We aren’t talking about a zero sum video game, we are talking about scientific progress. We should want to share it with everyone in the world so that we get more progress faster for all of us.
