LE arrived today. First thing I did after kicking off some downloads was a dead pixel check. I didn’t even notice anything and felt relieved. About 10 minutes into playing Fall Guys I noticed a dead pixel :( I took some pictures with my digital microscope. I’ll be starting the RMA process - what’s been people’s experiences with that thus far?
I just shipped mine back today to steam. What’s interesting is the return label says Product Return, not Product Repair.
I am wondering if they will be sending me a branch new LE or actually repairing or just refunding me. I’ve asked Steam to verify what will happen.
