My CX30 died when I left my door open for too long (I know I know) and after jumping it I still have a bunch of errors and things disabled and my dash looks like a Christmas tree. My assumption is once I’ve driven enough and the battery charges enough this will fix itself, but should I be weary that the battery caused some legitimate damage?

If you go to Advance Auto to get your battery make sure they put the right one in. I just had to replace my Advance Auto battery at my service center and the one Advance put in my car isn’t even listed as a replacement for my car.

I second all the votes for a new battery. The factory batteries are good for about 3 years.

If you have the budget, spend a little more and get an AGM battery. In the US, I got mine from Autozone. They will check your battery and charging system for free.

Those are just DTCs because of low/fluctuating voltage. They’ll go away after a few restarts. Get a new battery, OEM is crap
