I turned of the battery boost from nividia and when I enter a game I get solid fps from about 80 to 120 fps then it drops to 30 and stays there, how do I make it stay at high fps? I’m using the msi gf63 with an rtx 3050

Gaming machines and any windows laptop really is not able to run at full performance on battery power. They will loose something like 10-50% of their performance on battery. For my Legion 5 Pro, I get about 90 on wall power in Elden Ring and about 15 on battery. So this is normal behaviour. If you want full performance, you have to have the power brick connected.
