I have these 2 mechanics that are working on my truck after I broke down, and I have them working on my truck and they keep “diagnosing” my truck and fixing the issue and it still won’t run, and I’ve paid 4k for work and it still doesn’t run. Am I an a**hole if I ask for my money back? I just can’t see myself paying for work thats not fixing my truck. Like I would mind paying for work done to get my truck running but if its not getting it to run then I don’t see why im paying them in the first place.
- Its a new shop company lack of tools. And new to working on ford trucks.
- Its costing me more to stay in a hotel and food for work.
- Tools are being charged as they work on it due to them never going to work on this problem again.
So what should I do I need advice anything from a mechanics pov would help me out.
