You can fix this with a brass barbed fitting. Find a brass fitting thats barbed at both ends and you can epoxy 1 end into the radiator. If you’re really lucky yoyncan find one threaded on one end and install it with thread sealer. The brass will cut threads into the plastic so long as its not too tight as to crack the hole up the neck. Ive done both of these before with great success. Ive also done this with fuel pump modules and had somethinf as swnsative as evaporative emissions notnhave issues.
